1. Finality of Purchases
Please note that all retail transactions completed on the Zaelisass digital storefront are deemed absolute and final. Our company operates under a strict no-returns and no-exchanges policy. The sole exception to this mandate involves jewelry pieces that arrive with a verified manufacturing flaw or instances where an incorrect item was inadvertently packaged and shipped by our logistics center.
2. Production Defects and Shipping Damage
Zaelisass conducts rigorous quality control evaluations before any jewelry box is sealed and shipped. However, if a piece reaches you in a faulty, broken, or incorrect condition, your necessary course of action is to notify our customer service desk immediately. We are fully committed to evaluating your claim with absolute fairness and professional integrity.
To remain eligible for a financial or product remedy, you must inspect your jewelry immediately upon receipt and file a formal claim within seven (7) calendar days from the carrier's recorded delivery date.

- Your unique Order ID and the exact email profile associated with the order.
- A clear, detailed written description explaining the physical or structural flaw.
- High-resolution photographs or video clips clearly revealing the defect, damage, or incorrect jewelry variant.
Our administrative department will carefully evaluate the uploaded media files. Solutions are determined independently on a case-by-case basis and, depending on the nature of the issue, may involve a complimentary replacement item, a partial store credit, or a complete financial reversal.
3. Financial Reimbursements & Processing
In situations where a full or partial refund is approved as the chosen remedy, the funds will be credited back solely to the original credit card or payment instrument used during checkout. These funds generally reflect in your account balance within 7 to 12 business days. Please note that final posting timelines are determined exclusively by the processing speeds of your personal financial institution.
4. Exchange Restrictions
Zaelisass does not permit standard product exchanges for alternative sizes, designs, or styles. We only authorize structural item replacements for the identical variant if the original jewelry piece was demonstrably damaged or defective upon arrival, and the verification claim has been formally validated by our administrative desk.
5. Unauthorized and Independent Shipments
Customers are strictly instructed not to mail any jewelry back to our corporate offices or fulfillment centers unless explicitly instructed to do so via written confirmation from an authorized Zaelisass support agent. To qualify for a solution, a formal claim must first be filed and approved through our verified support channels.
Any package sent back independently without prior authorization and formal administrative consent will be rejected at our receiving facilities. Zaelisass accepts no liability, ownership, or financial responsibility—including the issuance of replacements or refunds—for any unauthorized return shipments.
